The warping machine tension roller is the device to regulate the yarn tension automatically. We use special material for the warping machine roller to make it more durable.

The servo roller has three rollers body. The thicker roller in the middle is the active roller. This thicker roller has a larger yarn contact area to enhance the servo pacing of warp effect when yarn tension changes. Meanwhile, this pacing of warp device is controlled by achieve high-precision vector with the primary winding reaches synchronous speed three-phase induction motor, low noise, smooth speed.
