Overview of A-ZEN TS4-EL Warp-Knitted Terry Machine

TS4-EL terry towel machine is for producing microfiber and cotton terry towel textiles.

Unlike TS4-C, the TS4-EL terry towel machine is capable of producing the simple-patterned or zigzag microfiber terry towel cloth.

The application of TS4-EL towel textiles, including cleaning terry towels, bathrobes, sea beach towels, kitchen cleaning terry cloths, and other towels.

PES/PS Yarn Used on Terry Machine:

The microfiber yarn PES/PA (80/20 or 85/15 composition) used could improve the towel surface quality as well as the water-absorbing effect.

Cotton yarn is also available on A-ZEN terry machines, such as the combed cotton 21S, and 32S used on GB1 and GB4. Cotton terry cloth has a better water-absorbing advantage, also it is softer and skin-friendly.

Zig-zag Patterns Available:
Compared with the traditional TS4-C ;terry warp knitting machine, TS4-EL has prominent advantages in its pattern development, such as zig-zag, wave, and square patterns. Both models have excellent large-scale productivity.
