The Stitch-bonding warp knitting machine or Non-woven warp knitting machine is Fiberglass Cloth Roll - Chopped Strand Mat (4) for producing technical textiles such as shoe interlining, shopping bag, disposable dish cloth, non-woven towels, reinforced composite glass fiber textile and other fabrics.

Changzhou A-ZEN produces high-advanced stitch-bonding warp knitting machine from 1 bar to 4 bars, and the gauge of which are F7, F12, F14, F16, F18, F20, and F22.

Equipped with electronic take-up, electronic batching devices and other advanced functions, A-ZEN stitch bonding machine could reach to Max. 1,200rpm.

About Glass Fiber Chopped Strand Mat

The glass fiber chopped strand mat is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and FIBER GLASS Fiber glass sheet Chopped Strand phenolic resins. The products are most widely used in hand lay-up process and can also be used in filament winding, Compression molding and continuous laminating processes.

The typical end-use applications include various panels, tank, boats, FRP roofing sheet, Auto roof, bathroom equipment and cooling towers etc.

The unit weight of the fiberglass chopped strand mat is from 100g/m2 to 900g/m2, and the normal size of the roll packing width is 1040mm, tape size available from 200mm to 3300mm, depends on customer's request. The binder contect is 4-5%.

Fiberglass mat provides structural reinforcement for stronger repairs and can be used with Polyester resin or epoxy resin. When used with polyester resin, repairs are 100% waterproof, making the products ideal for tub, shower, sink, pool, hot tub, boat repair and more.
