Beaming machine is an intelligent computer-controlled high-speed warping machine. It is widely used to do beam warping for warp knittinig machines, like terry towel warp knititng machine, double needle bar warp knitting machine, tricot machines, and so on. This diret warping machine adopts the full computer real-time online monitoring and copying function to control real-time constant tension. The asynchronous servo controls the tension deviation of the yarn bobbin size to ensure that the yarn tension fluctuation is small. The consistency of the same group of pan heads is high which can greatly save raw materials
