AZEN Visits Lace Clients & Inspects Installing Machine in Changle, Fujian

In July 2026, the AZEN team, consisting of professional sales engineers and technical specialists, paid a field visit to lace manufacturers in Changle, Fujian Province. During this trip, our team conducted an on-site inspection of an MSJ83/1B lace warp knitting machine undergoing installation at the customer’s production plant.

Well-known as China’s Capital of Lace, Changle represents one of the world’s largest industrial clusters for lace and warp knitted fabric production. Concentrating massive upstream and downstream textile enterprises, this region sets demanding standards for warp knitting equipment in terms of running stability, production output and fabric quality. Visiting local clients enables AZEN to keep close track of genuine production requirements within this core lace manufacturing hub.

The machine under installation is the AZEN MSJ83/1B multibar jacquard lace warp knitting machine, configured with a 268-inch working width and E24 gauge (E18, E28 are optional). This model supports simultaneous production of four fabric panels, achieving a maximum operating speed of 700 rpm. It delivers outstanding production efficiency and remarkable output capacity for lace manufacturers.

For stable high-speed operation, key moving components including pattern needle strip, guide bars, and needle beds adopt carbon fiber construction. Such lightweight yet rigid material design effectively sustains consistent high running speed, while lowering risks of speed fluctuation and needle collision triggered by ambient temperature changes.

Fabrics produced on MSJ83/1B boast tight and uniform surface texture, earning positive recognition from our customers during technical communication.
