AZF328 split warping machine is an automatic warping machine that splits the mother yarn and then warps the beam.
This split warping machine is mostly used for nylon and polyester raw materials. Most tricot machines or double needle bar raschel machines require a mother yarn split warping machine.
Traditional Workflow:
Mother Yarn → Bobbin‑Splitting → Bobbin Yarn Finishing → Factory Transportation → Split Warping → Warp Knitting Production (Tricot or Double-needle Raschel)
The direct split warping machine warps the beam according to the required number and specified length to ensure the consistency of the warped beam.

Main Features of A-ZEN AZF328 Split Warping Machine
Equipped with 25mm thick rubber roller imported from Japan, featuring high durability and structural robustness for long-term stable operation.
Full servo electronic control for beam lifting, lowering, and telescopic movement. It ensures ultra-stable single-yarn warping and effectively prevents beam expansion and deformation.
Adopts world-class international electrical components: Mitsubishi PLC (Japan), Toshiba inverter (Japan), Schneider low-voltage electrical switches and contacts (Europe), and Autonics sensors (Korea). The complete electrical system delivers outstanding stability and long service life.
The yarn stand is driven by Korean-tech motors, controlling yarn tension accurately within less than 1g between individual yarns.
The speed-measuring roller adopts professional sandblasting surface treatment, improving wear resistance and structural durability.
Equipped with a dual braking system for sensitive and rapid stop response, effectively avoiding yarn breakage and tension bouncing during shutdown.
