Warp-knitted Crinkle Fabrics Collection

Warp-knitted Crinkle Fabrics become popular fabrics in markets since 2019, with polyester and spandex yarn, the fabric has a good looking of stripe type and an excellent vertical effect when the clothes are be hanged down. The fabric producer could also use cotton, tencel, or other yarn in addition to polyester and spandex to get a better hand feeling on weft-insertion warp knitting machines. 

The crinkle fabrics divided into three types in general, namely narrow spandex crinkle fabric, wide spandex crinkle fabric, and square or column crinkle fabric. The width usually are 58"/60"(152cm or so), the fabric weight is 100-200gsm. 

Polyster, rayon, cotton, and spandex yarn are widely used on crinkle fabric. 

The crinkle fabrics are produced by tricot model warp knitting machines, such as HKS3M, HKS4EL, HKS5, and HKS2-3 MSUS weft-insertion warp knitting machines. 

Narrow Spandex Crinkle Fabric

Wide Spandex Crinkle Fabric

Spandex yarn added in a relatively wide space among the polyester, which shows a loose and soft hand feeling. 

Square or Column Crinkle Farbic

By inserting colored yarn or dyed yarn in sequence, this style crinkle fabric seems more fashionable in outwear. This type crinkle fabric is made from weft-insertion warp knitting machine, usually is tricot model weft-insertion warp knitting machine.
