A-ZEN Launches Upgraded HTS3EL 290" E32 Warp Knitting Machine at Haining Textile Fair 2026

CHANGZHOU A-ZEN TEXTILE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD successfully unveiled its latest model—the 2026 HTS3EL 290" E32 warp knitting machine—at the recently concluded Haining Textile Fair, held from March 18 to 20.


Developed specifically for the Haining home textile market, the new machine is engineered to produce high-quality fabrics such as imitation super-soft and elastic super-soft materials (commonly known as "仿超" and "氨超") for home textile applications. During live demonstrations, the 2026 model operated steadily at 2,400 rpm while producing GB1:10/45 elastic super-soft fabric, achieving an impressive 99% shift efficiency.


The upgraded HTS3EL features significant improvements in machine stability, vibration reduction, and noise control. A-ZEN's R&D team enhanced component selection and optimized the yarn path design, resulting in better fabric quality—particularly in reducing Stop Lines—and increased overall production efficiency.


At the fair, local knitting manufacturers from Haining expressed strong satisfaction with the new machine's performance. The exhibition also served as a platform for in-depth technical exchanges, where visitors shared their production needs and suggestions, fostering further collaboration on warp knitting innovations.


The event marked another successful milestone for A-ZEN, reinforcing the company's commitment to continuous technological advancement and customer-driven development in the warp knitting industry.
